Job Description
  • Handle IT Project Process, Project Initiation , Planning, Execution, & Closing.
  • Design, Monitor, Report, and Asses Project Progress.
  • Ensure that each project milestone runs according to the scope and timeline.
  • Develop standard operational procedure for the team managed.
  • Coordinate with all project stakeholders, about issue & obstacle in each stage of the SDLC.
  • Lead deployment process , post implementation & handover project.
  • Breakdown and manage task.
  • Analyze issues in Development, Test, and Production Environment.
  • Collaborate with Other Developers to collect ideas and solutions for product feature and functionality.
  • Fluent in english both verbal and written, having negotiation and presentation skill.
  • Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals.
  • Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project and product management software tools.
  • Experienced in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management is a plus.
  • Good knowledge on System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and other Method related to Software Development.
  • Have good knowledge with ERP, CRM, SAP is a plus.
  • Willing to visit site in mining area in Kalimantan, Sulawesi, & Sumatera.
  • Have no problem to travel by land sea and air.
  • Fresh Graduate with excellent records & achievements during bachelor study are welcome to apply.
