Job Description
- Develop and manage overall HR programs and policies.
- Develop Company’s HR system.
- Doing the recruitment process, selection, and orientation of new employees.
- Planning for employee training and development.
- Implement systematic employee development procedures.
- Responsible for the employee performance appraisal process (KPI).
- Responsible for attendance and payroll.
General Requirements
- Graduate from Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or other related majors.
- Minimum 3.00 of 4.00 GPA.
- Eager to learn, high motivation.
- Versatile and having a good work ethic.
- Creative and able to work in a team.
- Willing follow a probation period for maximum of 4 months to get job contract offers based on performance review.
- Proficient in using Office Software (Microsoft Office, WPS, Polaris, LibreOffice).
Specific Requirements
- Fresh graduate (max 1 year) or experienced.
- Good leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
- Experience in preparing HR systems and policies.
- Excellent analytical skills (PPH 21, Payroll, BPJS, etc.).
- Mastering understanding of HR functions.
- Mastering regulations in the field of employment in Indonesia (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Experience in Skills Development and Facilitator is a plus.
- Able to engage in negotiations and good resolutions.
