Job Description
  • Develop and manage overall HR programs and policies.
  • Develop Company’s HR system.
  • Doing the recruitment process, selection, and orientation of new employees.
  • Planning for employee training and development.
  • Implement systematic employee development procedures.
  • Responsible for the employee performance appraisal process (KPI).
  • Responsible for attendance and payroll.
General Requirements
  • Graduate from Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or other related majors.
  • Minimum 3.00 of 4.00 GPA.
  • Eager to learn, high motivation.
  • Versatile and having a good work ethic.
  • Creative and able to work in a team.
  • Willing follow a probation period for maximum of 4 months to get job contract offers based on performance review.
  • Proficient in using Office Software (Microsoft Office, WPS, Polaris, LibreOffice).
Specific Requirements
  • Fresh graduate (max 1 year) or experienced.
  • Good leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
  • Experience in preparing HR systems and policies.
  • Excellent analytical skills (PPH 21, Payroll, BPJS, etc.).
  • Mastering understanding of HR functions.
  • Mastering regulations in the field of employment in Indonesia (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Experience in Skills Development and Facilitator is a plus.
  • Able to engage in negotiations and good resolutions.
